How to cancel
Cancel by phone, WhatsApp or email quoting your booking reference. The time we receive your message is used to work out any charge.
Cancellation charges
The charges that apply to your trip are stated in your confirmed quotation. As a general guide, cancellations made well before pickup are refunded in full, while late cancellations or no-shows may lose some or all of the advance to cover the operator's costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank or payment provider processing times may apply.
Changes
Date, time or route changes are subject to availability and may change the fare. We will confirm any new fare before the change is made.
If we cancel
If we or the operator cannot provide the trip and no suitable replacement is accepted, any advance you paid is refunded in full.
