The terms that apply to enquiries and bookings

Enquiries and confirmation
Submitting an enquiry or clicking WhatsApp is a request, not a confirmed booking. A trip is confirmed only when we or the assigned operator confirm it to you with the agreed vehicle, date and fare.
Fares and what's included
Published rates are indicative starting prices. Your confirmed quotation states the vehicle, included kilometres or hours, and charges for extra distance or time. Unless stated otherwise, tolls, parking, interstate permits and driver night allowance are extra.
Timing and waiting
Please be ready at the agreed pickup time. Waiting beyond the time allowed in your quotation may be charged. Delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or events outside our control are not our liability.
Passenger conduct
Passenger and luggage numbers must not exceed the vehicle's legal capacity. Smoking, alcohol and illegal items are not allowed in vehicles. Drivers may refuse or end a trip for unsafe or abusive behaviour.
Vehicle substitution
If a booked vehicle becomes unavailable we may provide a similar or better vehicle, or offer a refund of any advance paid.
Liability
We take reasonable care in selecting operators and drivers. Please look after your own belongings. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected trip, to the extent permitted by law.
