Kerala Taxi Dot Com shall not be liable for any delays or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: – Government regulations or restrictions – Strikes, labour disputes, transportation disruptions (traffic, road closures, etc.), unforeseen technical issues, weather conditions and natural calamities.
By accessing and utilizing the information or services provided on this website, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the information or services meet your specific needs.
Driver shifts are scheduled from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding the time required for arrivals and pickups.
Passengers who cause vomit stains on the seats or floor will be responsible for paying additional cleaning fees at the nearest service center.
During festive or peak seasons, such as Pooja, Diwali, Christmas holidays, and similar occasions, the standard rates do not apply.
In the event of any concerns or issues with our driver or service, please notify our representative immediately during the service. They are able to take action: address your concerns in real-time, take necessary corrective actions and ensure a high-quality service experience.
Accessing or exploiting this website (fraudulence, hacking and manipulation) without authorization is the criminal offence.
Any damage caused by passengers has to be paid additionally.
No smoking or alcohol consumption allowed inside vehicles
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow safety guidelines.
All rates are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees).
